If a referral comes to Artel for several appointments during the 4 month window, do I get a ballot each time?
You will receive 1 ballot for every NEW client. Once someone has booked in they are no longer considered a new client.
Does a kid’s cut count as a referral?
Unfortunately not, as we currently do not offer children’s hair services.
What if I refer someone but they book in AFTER January 15, do I get a ballot?
The only way we can properly track our progress and make sure that everyone gets equal opportunity is to uphold the contest dates of September 15 -January 15. Any referral booked in after this date will not be included in the final draw.
Does the new client get a ballot in the draw as well?
No, we are trying to reward YOU, our EXISTING clients for putting in the hard work and helping us grow, so the new client will not receive a ballot. However, if that new client goes out and refers someone, then absolutely yes! They will get a ballot.
